If our mortgage broker does not arrange your mortgage, we will refund the full amount of your advance payment.

1. PRE-BOOKING
In case of interest in a particular house, it is possible to agree on a non-binding booking. We usually book a house for 5 days, unless we agree otherwise during a personal meeting.
2. BOOKING CONTRACT
The first advance payment of CZK 250,000 must be paid within 5 calendar days after signing the booking contract.
3. CONTRACT FOR THE BINDING PRELIMINARY CONTRACT OF THE REAL ESTATE
The second advance payment of 20% of the total purchase price, including VAT, which must be paid within 20 calendar days after signing the contract fot the binding preliminary contract.
4. ROUGH BUILDING
The third advance payment of 40% of the total purchase price, including VAT, must be paid within 20 calendar days of completion of the rough construction. We will inform you upon the completion.
5. SANITARY FITTING
The fourth advance payment of 25% of the total purchase price, including VAT, which must be paid within 20 calendar days of the completion of the sanitary fitting modifications. We will inform you of this status.
6. ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATION
After the approval of the house is granted, the last 15 % of the purchase price, including VAT, remains to be paid.
We will inform you when the permit has been issued, after which the amount must be paid within 20 calendar days.
